Whos' real god? The one inside or the one at some place?

As Ram go by footpath on a busy road in Chennai, he saw two children of age 5-8 sleeping , just in front of a religious place ( not begging though) . Everyone on the busy road were noticing those children and Ram could notice the sadness or dilemma in everyone's face about the poor state of those two but, no one enquired. In short, they left them for their own fate. Some bike guys were going very near to them both on footpath even after noticing them. Ram like others to notice two big bags and came to the conclusion that their parents are somewhere near but felt bad about their negligence. But, Ram requested the watchman of the religious place if they could stay just inside gate until their parents came, there was a straight no. May be he is afraid of his boss. Who's the real boss god inside or god at that place? that aside, Ram stayed back until some relative of them come. After 20 minutes of wating there comes guardians of children calmly after having tea, as if they had done nothing wrong. Ram was in real dilemma about warning them or to just let it go.The sad part is, one of the guradian was their mother.

Few questions Ram wanted to ask this world:

1. What happened to the world? Was this always the same? 
2. Are most religious places for who can afford to buy good clothes? 
3. Why were those guardians that careless? 
4. Is being poor the main reason for all these? Why is someone rich or poor by birth? Can't we really make our country poverty free or is it like Poverty is a relative term?
